UPPER West Side parents who take their tots to see "The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King" might be disturbed by its clear-cut delineation between right and wrong. "There is no moral relativism in Middle Earth," said one fan after the premiere Monday night. "It's Good vs. Evil." The other message that might disturb the liberal neighborhood's many Howard Dean supporters is the need to go to war to defeat the evil-doers. Appeasement does not work with orcs. "The movie shows clearly that the only way to save the world from evil is to risk everything and fight to the death," one spectator said. If only the villain Sauron were found at the end hiding in a hole.
